BOOKING
Places on camps / club sessions at Sprouts Farm Club are not confirmed without a booking form and payment (or agreed deposit.)
Our holiday camps / club sessions are very popular and we have limited space in each session. Please only book if you are sure your child can attend.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL
No refunds will be given for absence due to illness.
If you need to cancel your space, we will issue refunds up to 4 weeks before the camp / class start date. After this date, we can only refund you if we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list.
Please note that we charge a £10 admin fee for any cancellations.
IF WE NEED TO CANCEL
To keep you safe, we will cancel our classes if conditions prevent us from running safely.
If we have to cancel a camp / club session for any reason, we would contact you as quickly as possible once a decision has been made.
If we make the decision to cancel a camp / club session, you will be offered the chance to rebook or have a full refund. If we cancel a class (eg. Farm Tots 9.30am class) you are welcome to carry the credit over to another term.
If you add an extra child to your booking, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can organise a refund.
Our payment processor charges for all refunds, so this transaction will incur a small fee.
